Our 90-Day Fit Guarantee
We want you to love how it feels. You have 90 days from the day your order is delivered to try it, wash it and wear it. If it's not right for you, you can return it for a full refund of the product price or exchange it for another size or color.
What you can return
- Any Boxari product bought on boxari.co, within 90 days of delivery.
- Items that have been worn and washed are accepted, as long as they are clean and in good condition (no damage caused after delivery).
- Original packaging is not required.
- Products bought on sale or as part of a bundle are covered too. For a bundle, the refund is based on the price you actually paid per item.
How to start a return or exchange
- Email us at contact@boxari.co with your order number and the item(s) you want to return or exchange.
- We reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us.
- Send the item(s) back using a tracked shipping service and share the tracking number with us.
Return shipping
The cost of sending items back to us is paid by the customer and is not refunded. For an exchange, we ship your new size or color to you free of charge.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been checked, we email you to confirm and issue the refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are not refundable (shipping is free on all orders).
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us at contact@boxari.co with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, and in that case you don't pay anything for the return.
