Shipping Policy

Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order, to every country we deliver to.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and shipped within 2 business days of being placed (business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery time

Once shipped, delivery takes 3 to 8 business days depending on your country. In total, most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days of being placed. These are estimates: carrier delays, peak seasons and customs checks can occasionally add a few days.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number. You can also follow your parcel on our Track my order page.

Address

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, email us at contact@boxari.co as soon as possible: we can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.

Lost or late parcels

If your tracking hasn't moved for several days or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, contact us at contact@boxari.co with your order number and we'll sort it out with the carrier.
